Women's Network Seminar 2026 – Barcelona

From the 14th to the 17th of May 2026, the EUJS organised the Women’s Network Seminar in Barcelona, bringing together Jewish women and FLINTA* participants from across Europe for a weekend of connection, learning, and exchange. Through workshops, panels, and dialogue spaces, participants explored topics including Jewish feminism, leadership, wellbeing, antisemitism, political engagement, and Sephardic heritage.

The programme also included guided tours exploring the stories of women in Barcelona’s Jewish Quarter, as well as women’s experiences during the Spanish Civil War, resistance movements, and Francoism, helping participants gain a deeper understanding of Jewish feminisms in Spain.

The seminar created a warm and supportive space for participants to share experiences, build networks, and reflect together on the role of Jewish women and FLINTA* people in Jewish communal life across Europe.
