Embracing Jewish Diversity: Survey Findings

Conducted in 2024, this comprehensive survey of 24 European Jewish organisations across 15 countries offers insights into the current state of diversity, equality, and inclusion within the European Jewish community.

It explores organisational policies and attitudes towards diversity, with a particular focus on gender equality, Jews of Colour, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and disability representation.

The findings highlight both existing efforts and areas where further action is needed, providing a basis for organisations, community leaders, and other stakeholders to work towards a more inclusive and representative European Jewish community.
