The Jewish Youth of Greece (E.N.E.) connects young Jews from communities across the country, creating spaces for communication, collaboration, and shared experience.
Since 1983, E.N.E. has been an entirely volunteer-based initiative, supporting local youth groups and offering them the tools to express themselves, organize activities, build leadership, and grow — both locally and internationally.
Rather than replacing local youth groups, E.N.E. strengthens and brings them together, acting as an open and inclusive platform that reflects the voice, needs and aspirations of a new generation.
Our Purpose and Mission:
-Coordination & Support: We offer guidance and support to local Jewish youth groups across Greece, encouraging cooperation and shared initiatives.
-Participation & Empowerment: We create opportunities for young people to take the lead — shaping content, initiating projects and driving action.
-Memory & Identity: We preserve Jewish memory and promote a living, relevant identity through meaningful, hands-on experiences.
-International Presence: We represent Jewish youth from Greece in European and global networks, fostering dialogue and long-term connections.
-Inclusion & Community: We cultivate a safe and welcoming space where every young person feels part of a diverse, supportive community
Through Shabbaton events, experiential workshops, cultural festivals, educational trips, commemorative gatherings, and international seminars, we create experiences with real impact — both on personal journeys and on Jewish life in Greece as a whole.
