EUJS Elections

EUJS is proud to announce its 19th General Assembly to be held on Thursday 27th August 2009 during Summer U in Switzerland.

EUJS will elect the new:

1. Chairperson
2. Treasurer
3. Presidium

Country Delegates

Every member organization shall receive an official notice via e-mail of its delegate entitlement not later than JUNE 30th, 2009.

Admission to the EUJS General Assembly 2009 will be limited to official delegates, EUJS Presidium and Executive members, and members of the steering committee only.

Delegates should be sent from every Member Organization. In order for a delegate to be official and to be admitted to the General Assembly, the secretariat must receive official notice (by email: info@eujs.org, fax: +32 2 648 24 31 or post: 3 av. Antoine Depage, 1000 Brussels) by JULY 30th, 2009 at 09:00.

Candidates

Nominations for candidates for the office of Chairperson, Treasurer and Presidium must be sent in writing (by email: info@eujs.org, fax: +32 2 648 24 31 or post: 3 av. Antoine Depage, 1000 Brussels) to the Secretariat no later by JULY 30th, 2009 at 09:00.

Nominations for all positions must also be accompanied by a short biography of the candidate, which will be distributed prior to the General Assembly.
