organized by European Union of Jewish Students (EUJS)
17 May 2011
Casablanca, Morocco
This event is a great opportunity for young people involved in Jewish communities living in Muslim countries (Morocco and Turkey) and those living in secular or Catholic countries to meet each other and understand more from both.
But it’s also a chance to meet young people invested in Muslim communities living in Muslim countries and those living in secular or Catholic countries to share and learn from them.
This is an opportunity to inform each community on how the other lives.
The seminar will draw on various media to be as constructive as possible.
This is why we chose Morocco where the two communities have been living together for centuries.
This seminar will take place in Casablanca during 5 days.
Very interesting speakers will share with us their experiences and various meeting sessions will be organized to share experiences, learn from each participants and prepare the future together.
A daytrip to Marrakech is also in the program to discover the country and its traditions.
The seminar includes: Acommodation, kosher food, day trip, evenings.
Fees: 80€
