EUJS is looking for its next Executive Director. This incredible experience is open to anyone aged 22-30 who has already been involved in a Jewish organization before. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized and ready for the most amazing experience. This is certainly not a regular 9-5 job. If you are interested in planning and running international seminars and conferences and in activating and involving the Jewish youth of Europe, this job is for you. Employment starts in mid-April 2012 as an intern position until August, and from August until December 2013 as full time executive.
Tasks:
The next ED will be in charge of managing and organizing seminars all over Europe und coordinating the relations with various organizations and institutions. Furthermore, he/she will be part of the decision making process concerning the political and social direction of the organization. He/she will organize and participate in international delegations. Assistance in the organization’s fundraising efforts is expected. Finally, he/she will be in charge of organizing the biggest Jewish youth event in Europe (Summer University).

Requirements:
Open minded and good communication skills
Computer and social media competence
Fluency in English and French (both written and oral), additional languages are welcome
Efficient and highly organized working method
Flexibility
Knowledge of the “Jewish World”, especially the different Jewish organizations and institutions
